Process Technician

this title can cover a range of position in the industry - manufacturing associates, production technicians or chemical operators.

  These employees are responsible for executing steps in the manufacture of chemical and pharmaceutical products. While company requirements vary, a high school diploma or GED and specialized training and/or experience are usually required for these positions.

Additional community college education including certifications (e.g. BioWork), short courses, and AAS degree programs is often required.  View video about process technicians.
